Founded in March 2012, it is a new business unit of the Group. Its core business covers hotel brand development, hotel construction and operation, and the introduction of international brand hotels.HOTEL COZZI, the original subsidiary of the Group, has successively expanded in Minsheng (Taipei), Zhongxiao (Taipei), Ximen (Tainan), and Zhongshan (Kaohsiung). In 2019, the Tainan Ximen Hotel cooperated with the U.S. Cartoon Channel to create the only Cartoon Channel co-branded theme hotel experience in Taiwan; furthermore, the 5th Hotel with a marine theme - Qingpu (Taoyuan) - will be launched in the Taoyuan High Speed Rail Special Area.In addition, to carry on the spirit of the COZZI brand, Cozzi Café Renai and Xinyi Landmark stores were established to extend the community concept to the commercial and office buildings; our own second brand, MADISON TAIPEI HOTEL, was established in 2014 as a low-key luxury urban hotel modeled after the Upper East Side of New York.In 2018, Cathay Hospitality Management, as a hotel management consultant for the first time, partnered with the world's largest hotel brand, Marriott International, to establish the Courtyard by Marriott Taipei Downtown, which was launched in December of the same year in downtown Taipei.Cathay Hospitality Management  not only continues to grow steadily, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction, but also actively cultivates hospitality talent to become a leading brand in the hotel industry in Taiwan.
