Founded in March 2005, the company is currently the managing corporation of Cathay No.1 and Cathay No.2 Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and was also the managing corporation of Cathay Dunnan Commercial Building Real Estate Asset Trust (REAT) (closed in January 2012).Cathay No. 1 Fund was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in October 2005, with a total issue amount of NT$13.93 billion. The invested subject are Sheraton Taipei Hotel, Taipei Ximen Building, and Taipei Chunghwa Building, the only REIT in Taiwan that owns hotels, shopping malls, and office buildings simultaneously. Cathay No. 2 Fund was listed in October 2006 with a total issue amount of $7.2 billion. The invested subjects are World Building, Anhe Commercial Building, and Minsheng Commercial Building, which are pure office building REITs.With the corporate spirit of professional management, we undertake the responsibility of managing trust estates and providing various professional services to trustees.
