Our company was founded on September 14, 2005, and has been a member of the LinYuan Group, a well-known domestic conglomerate for over half a century. Meanwhile, our company is also a professional real estate development company with strong capital and excellent performance in Taiwan and is the first stock-listed company in the construction industry.

In addition, in order to strengthen the transparency of real estate market information, improve market development, and fulfill corporate social responsibility, we have been cooperating with well-known academic institutions in Taiwan to compile the "Cathay Real Estate Index Quarterly Report" since the end of 2002, which publishes the research results on a quarterly basis. It has become one of the most informative real estate information in Taiwan.
